Energy Oman launches new corporate identity

Muscat: Energy Oman has officially announced the launch of its new corporate identity, a strategic step reflecting the company's continuous growth, adaptation to global shifts, and strengthened presence within the economic ecosystem, embodying its commitment to steering and leading the transition toward a sustainable future for Oman's energy sector.


The launch of the new identity aligns with the national mandate assigned to the company under Royal Decree No. 128/2020. This mandate aims to manage and develop national resources, improve sector management efficiency, direct investments that boost financial and economic returns, and support local content as well as the sustainability of the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.


Energy Oman’s new identity solidifies the company’s role in directing and leading the energy transition, translating its vision toward guiding and enhancing the sector's efficiency to directly support the national economy. It reinforces trust through performance and results, in alignment with the pillars of "Oman Vision 2040" to achieve economic diversification and build an economy grounded in knowledge as well as financial sustainability.

Commenting on this occasion, Eng. Mazin bin Rashid Al Lamki, Chief Executive Officer of Energy Oman, stated: “At Energy Oman, we work to guide and enhance the Sultanate’s energy sector. This step represents a qualitative shift in how we showcase our corporate identity and reflect our presence both locally and internationally.”


He added: “We rely on an approach centered on discovering opportunities, establishing robust governance and responsibility, and shaping best practices. Energy Oman continues to operate with high efficiency and international standards to build trust through results, creating a self-sustaining economic engine that contributes to Oman's prosperity and safeguards the rights of future generations.”


Energy Oman works to coordinate national efforts across various sectors in general, and the energy sector in particular, ensuring the development of a more resilient, prosperous, and globally and regionally competitive future.
